Russell Saunders - Director
Russell is a highly sought after and skilled facilitator, coach and MC. He is equally comfortable and effective working with individuals, teams or large groups. He began his working life in sports and then shirted sharpley into the performing arts before jumping into business. He brings the skills and insights he devloped in his previous career as a tennis player and coach and the as an actor to enagage, communicate and inspire the people he works with.
He utilises his passion for the development of people and organisations, and his experience of working with senior levels of many busineses to create programmes that explore the skills, mindsets and the techniques for leadership, engagement and change.
Susan Edley - Business Manager
Susan has an excellent eye for detail and creates processes that simplify interactions, projects and systems.
She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc in Computer Studies and started her career as a Networking Consultant in Digital Equipment Company (DEC) based in London. She then moved to Microsoft and spent 10 years initially as an IT consultant and then as an IT Project Manager working with companies such as British Telecomm, the Ministry of Defence, the Government and NatWest.
On leaving Microsoft, Susan set up her own consultancy company providing IT Project Management and Business Consultancy to leading UK Companies including the NHS, Kingston University, Morgan Stanley and ATOS. She has worked for Spoon Consulting for the past 9 years providing Business Management, logistical support, and Project & IT expertise across the team and their clients.
